Formatting a Letter
When you formate a letter you need to have return address which that include  your address,what town your from, the date and the zip code. The next thing you need is the person address you are sending the letter too. After you add their the person you are sending the letter to you need to start off with dear whoever no comma after the dear.At the end of a letter you should right sincerely whoever. ALso in the begin of a letter you need to tap your space bar 6 time before you put the return address. After you put you return address you need to tap your space bar 3 time. At the end after you type sincerely you need to tape you space bar 3 time.

How to Formate a Report
When you are  writing a report you need to make sure to include your last name page number in the header and make sure it alined right. After you have you header you need to included a MLA starter which included you first and last name, your teacher name class hour, what class, and the date. You will write the date as the day month and year.At the end of a report you should include a work cited page in you work sited page you should have were you received your information form. it should also have a handing indent after the first line. Also you need to make sure your work cited page is on it own page.If you have to insert a page break.
